Demo160: Core Template TEMC is seeking a Director - Technical Sales to lead a high-performing team focused on selling CRM solutions into US Enterprise and Mid-Market customers. The role involves building technical sales infrastructure, engaging partners, and aligning regional programs with global objectives.

The successful candidate will manage remote pre-sales resources, collaborate with regional sales teams, and drive initiatives that improve revenue and customer satisfaction across the sales

Qualifications

• BS/MS CS or Business degree or 8+ years relevant experience.
• Background selling ERP and/or CRM solutions to Enterprise/Mid-Market.
• Understanding CRM product suite and related ISV solutions.
• Experience managing sales-oriented technical pre-sales resources and remote teams.
• Ability to travel 30-50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Drive bi-directional Operating Model alignment and execution of global and US programs via sales, training, and evangelism with specialist teams.
• Identify capacity gaps in the Partner channel and address them with dedicated resources.
• Act as regional compete lead, coordinating with US peers on CRM-related competitive strategies.
