Job summary

Demo160: Core Template TEMC is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a field sales team across the North East/ Newcastle area, driving sales performance and superb in‑store execution. This hands‑on role combines coaching, training and commercial insight to lift results in retail locations.

You will partner with store teams, deliver engaging product training, and coach in‑store representatives to maximize potential while using sales data to seize opportunities and align with

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, field sales, regional management or training‑focused role.
• Experience coaching, developing or managing people, with a focus on improving performance.
• Confidence delivering training and presentations.
• Ability to analyse sales and performance data and turn insight into action.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store managers, retail teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver engaging product and sales training that improves performance on the shop floor.
• Coach and support in‑store representatives to develop their skills.
• Use data and insight to identify opportunities and drive actions.
• Improve merchandising, visibility and execution across the territory.
• Plan events, demonstrations and training sessions to drive engagement and sales.
• Monitor stock, sales and competitor activity and turn insight into actions.
• Identify opportunities to elevate performance and implement solutions across the region.
