Job summary

Credera is seeking an experienced Consultant in Technology Delivery to lead and guide technical teams across Salesforce projects. You will mentor Technical Architects and Leads, drive best practices, and shape career progression within the Technical Delivery Team.

You will collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales, ensure up-to-date Salesforce certifications, and contribute to reusable templates and onboarding strategies. Office-based role with potential for regional commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple technical deliveries across clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-Level executives.
• Deep understanding of declarative and coded approaches within Salesforce.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions including multiple clouds and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Technical Architects and Technical Leads to ensure teams meet best practices.
• Support the wider Technical Delivery Team and career development efforts.
• Lead onboarding, training needs, and recruitment support for the team.
• Review and approve solutions and changes from architects/leads and manage transitions to Service Management.
