Job summary

Expedia Group in London seeks a Senior Director, Talent Strategy Partner to shape and deliver the talent and organization agenda across divisions. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on analysis and execution to build leadership capability and scalable org designs for growth.

You will partner with HRBPs, learn from data health metrics, and coach leaders to ensure equitable, inclusive practices while driving readiness for organizational change and expansion across EG.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in talent management, OD/effectiveness, or HRBP.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and senior leaders in global, matrixed orgs.
• Proven ability to shape global talent and org strategies across regions or large-scale transformations.
• Deep understanding of performance, potential, readiness and succession frameworks.
• Ability to coach leaders and HRBPs in using them effectively.
• Strong change management and org design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Talent Strategy Delivery with HRBP Leaders to co-create divisional talent agendas.
• Define critical capability gaps and translate insights into an integrated talent strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end succession planning and talent reviews for key leadership and critical roles.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on VP+ executive pipelines.
• Use talent and org health metrics to identify strengths, risks, and pipeline gaps and turn insights into actions.
• Coach leaders and HRBPs on equitable, consistent talent identification and assessment practices.
• Collaborate across People Team to bring an integrated People perspective to leaders.
