Job summary

Expedia Group seeks a Senior Director of Talent Strategy Partner to lead global talent and organizational design initiatives. You will shape leadership capabilities, build succession plans, and drive data-driven workforce insights across divisions.

You will partner with HRBPs and executives to ensure scalable, equitable talent solutions that align with business strategy, while champions diversity and inclusion across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in Talent Management, Org Development or HRBP roles.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and senior leaders in global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience shaping global talent and org strategies at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent strategy delivery and executive coaching with HRBPs.
• Define and roadmap divisions' talent needs using data-driven insights.
• Oversee succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on VP+ executive pipelines.
• Shape org design and governance aligned with enterprise frameworks.
