Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in margin and revenue management for large accounts.
• Strong governance, KPI delivery, and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Experience with QMS/IMS compliance and risk mitigation.
• Ability to manage succession planning and talent development.
• Proficiency in enterprise-level financial planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve unit/account margin goals for the year through optimization initiatives.
• Publish monthly profitability reports for the account to finance.
• Drive revenue goals and formal succession plans for critical roles.
• Lead talent management and improvement programs across the account.
• Implement productivity and service excellence initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Ensure 100% compliance to service security and QMS processes.
• Deliver value-based initiatives and document outcomes for SEPG sharing.
• Maintain green status on SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
