Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions to lead the Regulatory Communications Solutions and Project Management team, including the Creative Design capability for DocuBuilder. You will drive onboarding, complex changes, and client engagements, translating business needs into viable, scalable solutions.

You will operate across executive discussions and delivery detail, ensuring realistic commitments, strong solution quality, and successful outcomes in a cross-functional delivery model.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead client solutions initiatives and complex implementations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solutions and Project Management organization, including coaching and performance management.
• Oversee client communications, discovery, solution reviews, and implementation planning.
• Translate client needs into documented requirements and viable solution approaches.
• Develop solution grids, scope definitions, estimates, and implementation assumptions; contribute to SOWs and pricing.
• Ensure clear, complete, and traceable requirements with proper documentation.
• Oversee onboarding and complex changes, managing milestones, risks, and quality.
• Assign leads, transfer pre-sale context to delivery, define ownership, and escalation paths.
• Monitor priorities, capacity, quality, risks, and dependencies across resources; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate across Sales, Client Services, Product, Engineering, Operations, and QA.
• Continuously improve solutioning, requirements, and knowledge management for scalability.
