Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting to lead delivery and evolution of regulatory reporting solutions across Broadridge platforms. You will act as Product Owner for regulatory reporting, own the backlog, translate regulatory changes into clear requirements, and work with clients, technology teams, and vendors.

The role requires hands-on experience with regimes such as EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, MMSR, SMMD, ASIC, MAS, CFTC, and Canadian

Qualifications

Proven experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst within financial services.
Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting regimes (EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, MMSR, SMMD, ASIC, MAS, CFTC).
Ability to translate complex regulations into executable requirements.

Responsibilities

Act as Product Owner for regulatory reporting solutions.
Own and manage the product backlog with user stories and priorities.
Translate regulatory changes into clear business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with clients, tech teams and vendors to implement obligations.
Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum; participate in sprint ceremonies.
Own end-to-end regulatory reporting processes including data lineage and submissions.
Support UAT, defect triage, and post-production validation.
Monitor KPIs and regulatory risk; drive continuous improvement.
Prepare regulatory documentation and change impact assessments.
