Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience across software engineering, platform engineering, or large-scale technology delivery.
• 10+ years leading senior engineering organizations, budgets, delivery portfolios, and cross-functional execution teams.
• Experience operating in regulated environments within financial services/fintech.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale platforms and client-facing technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive delivery leadership for engineering teams spanning architecture, platform engineering, integration, data, and client enablement capabilities.
• Translate strategy into delivery roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, and success measures aligned to platform adoption and client outcomes.
• Oversee governance across Agile, DevOps, SDLC, release management, and production readiness to ensure reliability and measurable delivery impact.
• Serve as senior delivery partner to business units, translating market needs into executable platform delivery plans.
