Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Director to join our People & Transformation team in the United Kingdom. You will lead transformation programs for FTSE 100 clients, balancing client delivery, team leadership and business growth.

You will enable clients to drive change across people, process, systems and culture, guiding teams through strategy, change management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver lasting business value.

Qualifications

• Several years of work experience.
• Experience in a consulting environment with transformation projects or workstreams is preferred.
• Experience in Organisational Development, Change Management, or HR.
• Experience leading teams and demonstrating strong project/program management skills to strict deadlines / timelines.
• A mindset that is focusing on developing early stage talent, and bringing out their best.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and lead the execution of transformation programs, ensuring seamless delivery in both small and large matrixed organizations.
• Facilitate change planning, including stakeholder analysis, business impact assessments, and change management strategies.
• Design and execute change interventions, leveraging persona development, storytelling, design thinking workshops, and strategic communications.
• Manage the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring scoping, pricing, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee multiple projects and clients simultaneously, maintaining high-quality outcomes.
• Lead and inspire teams, ensuring structured delivery, clear delegation, and high-impact execution.
• Provide mentorship and career coaching, supporting team members in their professional growth.
• Collaborate with MDs/SMDs to align on strategic direction and ensure quality oversight of deliverables.
• Drive business development activities, including proposal development, pitches, networking, and thought leadership.
• Contribute to marketing and brand-building efforts for the practice.
