Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Director to join our People & Transformation team. You will work with clients to solve complex transformation challenges across people, process, systems and culture, serving organisations ranging from global multinationals to fast‑growing firms.

You will lead client delivery, translate ambiguous challenges into clear workplans, manage budgets and teams, and contribute to business development while coaching junior colleagues to sharpen consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan and lead transformation programmes across matrixed organisations.
• Translate complex client challenges into clear workplans and high‑quality deliverables.
• Facilitate change planning, including stakeholder analysis, business impact assessments, change management strategies and implementation plans.
• Design and deliver change interventions using persona development, storytelling, design thinking workshops and strategic communications.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, concise messages that help clients and teams understand what matters and take action.
• Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including scoping, pricing, forecasting, budget management and resource allocation.
• Oversee multiple projects and clients simultaneously, maintaining momentum, quality and focus under pressure.
• Respond constructively to feedback, using it to sharpen thinking and improve work products.
