FTI Consulting is the leading global expert firm helping organizations facing crisis and transformation. We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our People & Transformation team, delivering measurable business value across people, processes, systems and culture.

You will lead teams of consultants, balance client delivery with commercial management, and drive readiness and change across client organisations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Scope, plan and lead transformation programmes, ensuring structured delivery in matrixed organisations.
• Translate complex or ambiguous client challenges into clear workplans, recommendations and high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate change planning, including stakeholder analysis, business impact assessments, change management strategies and implementation plans.
• Design and deliver change interventions, using approaches such as persona development, storytelling, design thinking workshops and strategic communications.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, concise messages that help clients and teams understand what matters and take action.
• Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including scoping, pricing, forecasting, budget management and resource allocation.
