• Extensive project experience in high-paced environments with impact.
• Experience leading workstreams on multiple engagements in top-tier consultancy.
• Degree level education required; fluency in English.
• MBA or Lean accreditation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams within client projects and manage the overall deliverables.
• Develop recommendations and implement strategic and operational improvements.
• Coach and develop junior consultants on engagements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
