You will partner with Product, Tech, and Sales to sponsor improvements, design SOPs, and drive KPIs. The role requires 25-30% travel and a proven track record in financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience at Senior Director level leading multi-layered operations teams.
• Proven ability to design scalable operating models and SOPs.
• Strong track record in partnering with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and coach a multi-layered team of operational leaders.
• Design, implement, and govern operational frameworks and SOPs.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for top-tier strategic partners and manage relationships at the C-suite level.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Lead change management and ensure training and adoption across the organization.
