About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Revenue Operations to join our leadership team and drive our end-to-end revenue processes and optimisation strategies across European markets. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop the European revenue operations function, overseeing pricing strategies, sales processes, and revenue optimisation initiatives across multiple countries.
- Organisational Transformation: Implement innovative working methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Process Excellence: Design, implement, and optimise end-to-end revenue processes that enhance forecasting accuracy, sales efficiency, and revenue predictability.
- Performance Optimisation: Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and performance frameworks to maximise revenue generation and profitability.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of professionals across European operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align strategies and drive cohesive commercial approaches.
- Technology Enhancement: Leverage advanced analytics and revenue management systems to enhance decision-making and automate processes where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 10 years at senior leadership level.
- Multi-market Expertise: Demonstrable success managing revenue processes across multiple European countries.
- High-Volume Background: Significant experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments where operational excellence directly impacts business performance.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement transformational revenue operations strategies that drive substantial business growth.
- Systems Integration: Experience integrating and optimising CRM, pricing tools, and revenue management systems across complex organisations.
- Process Design: Expert knowledge in designing and implementing scalable revenue processes that support business objectives.
- Analytical Excellence: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Leadership Capability: Proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
- Change Management: Experience leading organisational transformation initiatives with measurable results.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at an executive level.
- Education: Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Languages: Fluent English required; additional European languages highly advantageous.
