Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop the European revenue operations function, overseeing pricing strategies, sales processes, and revenue optimisation initiatives across multiple countries.
  • Organisational Transformation: Implement innovative working methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Excellence: Design, implement, and optimise end-to-end revenue processes that enhance forecasting accuracy, sales efficiency, and revenue predictability.
  • Performance Optimisation: Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and performance frameworks to maximise revenue generation and profitability.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of professionals across European operations.
