We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and engaged leader to join our Revenue Operations team as Director. You will manage the entire Revenue Tech Stack and related processes and policies, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Leandata, Outreach, and others to support our GTM teams and give them a competitive advantage. You will be responsible for implementing business requirements, processes, and policies effectively and efficiently. This role requires strategic thinking, a strong understanding of revenue operations, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You will partner with the VP of Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to improve sales outcomes.

  • Extensive experience leading technology and business analyst teams in Revenue Operations at a senior level in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities, strong project management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic thinking and collaboration with GTM leaders.
  • Deep understanding of sales tools like Salesforce, CPQ, Leandata, Outreach, Clari, LeadIQ, Zoominfo, Lusha, and 6Sense.
  • Proactive, innovative mindset to enhance processes and workflows.
  • Solid business understanding to translate needs into requirements.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, experience in change management.
  • Fluent in English. Remote work experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Tech Stack

  • Maintain and develop our CRM platform (Salesforce) and associated tools.
  • Oversee selection, deployment, and maintenance of revenue operations tools.
  • Optimize and integrate systems for better data accuracy, reporting, and automation.
  • Lead knowledge transfer to maximize sales team usage and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
  • Innovate to improve our tech stack, acting on feedback and adopting best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams for seamless integration, data governance, and security.

Process and Policy

  • Design, develop, document, and implement sales processes and ownership.
  • Launch processes, workflows, and automation for internal efficiency and team effectiveness.
  • Establish and enforce policies for lead management, opportunity management, splits, account allocation, segmentation, etc.
  • Ensure compliance, data integrity, and consistency.
  • Work with sales and RevOps leaders on change projects, ensuring processes and tools are part of the strategy.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of process analysts, sales tech experts, Salesforce admins/engineers.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture with knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Set performance expectations, monitor progress, and recognize achievements.
  • Collaborate with other RevOps leaders to deliver projects cohesively and advocate for team requirements.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits globally, paying above local rates to support global talent. Salary range: $131,300 - $184,650 USD, dependent on location, skills, experience, and market conditions. Compensation is reviewed upon internal mobility.
