Job summary

SpeakUp! in Devon, PA is seeking a Director of Program and Impact, a senior leadership role responsible for guiding the program team, elevating quality, and strengthening partnerships with schools and communities.

You will work with the Executive Director to shape strategy, expand impact, and integrate the SpeakUp! model across schools, parents, and students while aligning with SEL and student support efforts.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ professional experience in school or nonprofit administration.
• 3+ years supervising full-time professionals, coaching staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the program team with a coaching approach.
• Shape program strategy with the Executive Director and expand school partnerships.
• Oversee outreach, retention, and growth to reach 40 active schools by 2029.
• Translate program insights into communications and impact reporting.
