Job summary

Sabre Education is seeking a Director of Fundraising and Communications to provide strategic leadership for fundraising and communications across the organisation. The role demands a proven track record in major donor funding, trust and foundation grants, and strong team management to grow Sabre’s funding and profile.

You will work closely with the CEO and SLT to strengthen relationships, expand grant portfolios, and build new income streams while advancing Sabre’s mission of scalable play-based

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a senior fundraiser with trusts, foundations and institutional funding.
• Experience leading and mentoring fundraising teams, with credible outcomes.
• Strong ability to develop growth fundraising strategies and donor pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with Sabre’s current donor community and funders.
• Develop and secure new grant funding, including multi-year institutional grants.
• Collaborate with the CEO and SLT to diversify income streams.
• Provide strategic leadership for Sabre’s communications and brand visibility.
• Lead and manage the fundraising and communications team of four.
