Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a commercially focused and strategically minded Business Development Director to drive the growth of Microsoft Solutions across the UK. This role is centred on identifying, shaping and converting new business opportunities by working closely across the Microsoft ecosystem and the PwC network, delivering value to clients through technology-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in Microsoft enterprise sales or technology-led business development across Cloud, Data and AI and business applications portfolios.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, partner models and commercial frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, progress and convert new business opportunities for the Microsoft portfolio of solutions, ensuring strong pipeline quality and delivery against growth targets.
• Lead complex sales pursuits end-to-end, shaping win strategies, developing proposals and engaging clients through to successful deal closure.
• Collaborate closely across the Microsoft ecosystem and PwC teams to develop joint value propositions, co-sell strategies and aligned go-to-market execution.
• Build strong internal and external relationships, stay informed on Microsoft capabilities and market trends, and provide insight to support solution development and alliance strategy.
