IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development in Medical Education to lead strategic growth and revenue across EPG Health’s portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Practice, you will drive sponsor engagement, shape high-impact proposals, and align commercial activity with delivery capability.

You will lead a team, develop robust account plans, strengthen senior client relationships, and oversee proposals, pitches and contract negotiations to deliver scalable, profitable growth.

Responsabilités

• Strategic leadership: define and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy.
• Growth: own pipeline development and revenue targets; drive win rates and forecast accuracy.
• Client relationships and business development: build senior-level sponsor relationships; grow existing accounts.
• Sales effectiveness / commercial discipline: improve forecast accuracy, pipeline metrics and governance.
• Internal collaboration: align with marketing, content and other teams to shape values propositions and messaging.
• Team leadership: lead and develop a high-performing sales team; manage performance and staffing.
• Subject matter expertise: deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial landscape and medical education market.
