Job summary

IQVIA Medical Communications seeks an Associate Director, Client Services to drive growth, quality and client relationships across accounts in our global business. You will lead a team of Account Handlers, steward strategic engagements and ensure forecasting, profitability and high service standards.

You will partner with Business Development and Practice leads to expand the portfolio, cross-sell services and strengthen IQVIA's presence with key clients, while mentoring talent and delivering

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and profitability for assigned accounts by achieving targets and accurate forecasting.
• Lead the Account Handlers team to deliver high-quality strategies and programmes for clients.
• Maintain deep understanding of therapeutic landscapes relevant to client accounts and studies.
• Develop and execute Account Growth Plans; collaborate with BD for expanded opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships, negotiate effectively, and cross-sell services across IQVIA solutions.
