GSK in London seeks a Senior Director, People Services + Reward Digital & Tech to own the HR technology portfolio across Global HR, including Workday and AI-enabled workflows. You will lead Product Managers, set multi-year roadmaps, govern budgets and vendor strategies, and ensure secure, compliant HR tech delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in HR technology leadership, product management, or HR systems roles with budget ownership and product outcomes.
• Proven ability to define and deliver multi-year HR systems strategies and Workday-centric roadmaps.
• Experience leading Product Managers and Product Owners and managing value-based prioritisation across multiple HR platforms.

• Own end-to-end HR tech portfolio, ensuring continuity across People Services, Reward, Global Mobility, and Workday.
• Define and govern the technology vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for HR platforms.
• Lead product teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable, compliant tech solutions.
• Drive AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve employee experiences at scale.
• Oversee vendor strategies, budget decisions, and risk management to deliver measurable business value.
