Job summary

Volition is seeking a senior sales professional to drive commercial adoption of equity index products among institutional clients, including asset managers, asset owners and investment banks. You will help shape the go-to-market strategy and build long-term client relationships.

Based in London, you will lead licensing and data-solution discussions, identify strategic opportunities, and work closely with product and leadership teams to differentiate our index offerings and accelerate revenue

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling equity index products, custom index solutions or licensing solutions.
• Existing institutional relationships with asset managers and asset owners etc.
• Strong understanding of index construction.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help build a growing business.
• Ability to operate credibly with senior institutional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Selling equity index licensing, custom indices and data solutions to institutional investors
• Developing relationships with institutional investors
• Driving new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Working closely with product and leadership teams on market positioning and go-to-market strategy
• Helping shape the commercial build-out of a high-growth index business
