Job summary

TradingView Inc is seeking a Senior Director for Market Data to lead the commercial strategy and licensing across a global data portfolio. You will own relationships with exchanges and providers, shape pricing, and drive economic outcomes while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal and Finance.

You will develop a data-driven business case framework, manage audits and licensing questions, and guide senior leadership through complex commercial negotiations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in market data licensing and monetization.
• Proven track record negotiating with exchanges and data providers.
• Deep understanding of licensing models and audit mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Define/global commercial strategy for market data.
• Own licensing framework and pricing models.
• Lead major negotiations with exchanges and data providers.
• Partner with Legal, Product, and Finance to align commercial terms.
• Drive portfolio economics and renewals planning.
