Job summary

Vanguard UK is seeking an Index Equity & ETF Product Marketing Senior Specialist to accelerate growth of the Index Equity business and ETF adoption across Europe. You will own the product marketing strategy and lifecycle for the Index Equity range, from positioning and launch through ongoing adoption, support and growth.

The role is hybrid, requiring collaboration with Product, Distribution and Marketing to deliver clear client value.

• Significant experience in asset management product roles.
• Deep knowledge of index investing, ETFs and ETF adoption.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong go-to-market strategy and messaging skills.
• Ability to translate client insights into growth actions.
• Excellent commercial judgement and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Marketing strategy and lifecycle for Vanguard's Index Equity range.
• Translate strategy into category priorities, growth initiatives and measures of success.
• Use client, market and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and strengthen Vanguard's market position.
• Lead category reviews and turn insights into actions and growth priorities.
• Act as Vanguard's ETF Product Marketing specialist across asset classes.
• Identify opportunities to increase ETF adoption across client segments.
• Develop ETF positioning and guidance that improves client understanding and adoption.
• Define product positioning and messaging that communicates Vanguard's value.
• Work with stakeholders to develop client-facing content and support the lifecycle.
• Lead Launch workstreams for product changes and repositioning with plans and risks.
• Monitor adoption, flows and market developments to inform future launches.
