Job summary

QTS is seeking a Senior Director, Data Centre Development to lead large-scale data centre projects from design to delivery. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations and Property Development teams, align objectives, manage budgets and schedule, and ensure client expectations are met.

The role requires a strong background in mission critical facilities, extensive construction experience, travel up to 50%, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Property Development department and coordinate with the Chief Delivery Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.
• Serve as the main contact for new client builds and implementations, bridging Sales, Operations, and Customer.
• Collaborate with Development Construction Project Managers to meet customer needs to high standards.
• Oversee project delivery for each sold deal across QTS locations.
• Coordinate with Property Development and consultants to support design, pricing, approvals and deployment scopes.
• Drive client relationship management and cost efficiency to deliver on time and budget.
• Other duties as required.
