Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Centre projects from concept through commissioning and handover. You will ensure safe, high-quality, and commercially successful delivery for hyperscale, cloud, colocation, and telecommunications clients.

The role requires extensive experience in managing critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure, strong commissioning leadership, and proven delivery of two or more large-scale Data Centre

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience delivering major engineering, construction or EPC projects.
• 5+ years' experience delivering hyperscale, colocation or mission-critical Data Centre projects.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Data Centre projects from design to handover.
• Manage project safety, quality, budget, schedule and commercial performance.
• Oversee critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure including power, generators, UPS, BESS, cooling, BMS/EPMS, fire and security.
• Lead commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) activities.
• Manage interfaces with clients, utilities, vendors, contractors and operational teams.
• Drive project risk management, change control and contract compliance.
• Ensure delivery against uptime, resiliency, sustainability and operational requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Support bid, proposal and business development activities.
