Responsibilities

Grow and manage the Cost Management team within the Complex Infrastructure group.
Lead development and use of Cost Management software and benchmarking capabilities.
Deliver high quality client service on commissions with regular care and QA.
Support business development and strategic recruitment aligned to the business strategy.
Lead a national team of Cost Managers and mentor future leaders.
