Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom seeks a Cost Manager to join the Wales & West Region Project Controls Practice. You will support senior cost managers, deliver the business plan, and maintain high standards in cost-management services across energy and infrastructure sectors.

You should be ambitious and collaborative, able to develop long-term relationships, and comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Possess commercial, quantity surveying, or finance skills with construction industry knowledge.
• Understand NEC/FIDIC/IChemE contract forms.
• Familiar with Earned Value Management (EVM) performance measurement.
• Desirable VBA experience.
• Experience on major projects or programmes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Cost Management Lead and build long-term client relationships.
• Provide technical cost management services across complex infrastructure.
• Monitor cost performance against targets and identify improvements.
• Lead teams, mentor junior Cost Managers.
• Support cost management strategy and business development.
