Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Applications to lead the transformation of our internal systems, including CRM, ERP and billing platforms, as part of a major investment program. You will own strategy, roadmaps and operational health while partnering with Finance, Sales and Operations to drive prioritized, scalable improvements.

You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain platform governance, and ensure reliable, upgrade-safe configurations across hosted SaaS

Qualifications

15+ years in corporate/business applications and at least 10 years in senior leadership
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Oracle NetSuite strongly preferred
Experience leading business system transformation and platform consolidation

Responsibilities

Own strategy, roadmap and operational health of corporate/internal application estate (CRM, ERP, billing, finance, SaaS)
Lead consolidation and transformation as part of active investment program, reducing redundancy
Partner with Finance, Billing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to translate needs into prioritized system changes
