Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our North American Professional Services organisation and help customers maximise value from IRIS Accountancy Solutions.

You will lead complex client engagements, balancing business needs with project scope and budget while traveling to customer locations. This senior role requires accountancy knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and cloud-based software delivery experience.

Qualifications

Experience implementing cloud-based business software in Professional Services or consultancy.
Strong knowledge of accountancy practices and practice management processes.
Experience implementing practice management or similar business software.
Excellent requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops translating business requirements into solutions using IRIS Accountancy Solutions.
Review processes and system usage to identify opportunities for efficiency, adoption and standardisation.
Design and deliver solutions for complex implementation and consultancy needs.
Guide customers through changes to systems and processes and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
Own delivery challenges and collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving.
