Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a high-impact Director/Senior Director, Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives across Mid-size Pharmaceutical accounts in the EMEA region. You will shape long-term partnerships, drive complex solution sales, and position IQVIA’s RDS capabilities as a catalyst for innovation and speed in drug development.

The role requires a seasoned commercial leader with deep clinical development expertise, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in Clinical Research Organizations, with a focus on large-scale clinical programs.
• Proven success in managing and growing strategic accounts within mid-size pharma.
• Strong understanding of global clinical development, regulatory pathways, and therapeutic area dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual annual sales target for pharmaceutical clients across the offering suite to attain TCV quotas.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within specified potential new and existing accounts.
