IQVIA is seeking a Director/Sr Director, Business Development for IQVIA Biotech in Europe. The role focuses on driving sales and account management across the biotech sector, expanding the client base, and selling the enterprise-wide clinical solution portfolio to C‑Suite and senior executives.

The ideal candidate will have deep CRO/biotech sales experience, strong relationship-building abilities, and a track record of developing strategic account plans to grow revenues across Phase I–IV

Qualificações

• 10+ years of related experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• At least 8 years’ experience as a BD Associate/Director in a CRO environment.
• Understanding of the clinical process (PH I – IV).
• Solid understanding of the biotech segment, including commercialisation and the principles of drug discovery and development.
• A detailed understanding of the biotech market in Europe
• The individual can be based anywhere in Europe

Responsabilidades

• Sell and close deals of significant size and drive enterprise-level engagement across IQVIA’s clinical solution portfolio.
• Develop and execute robust account strategies, gathering intelligence and leveraging SMEs where appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships with biotech clients, including C‑Suite and senior executives, to expand the client base.
