IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services and analytics seeking a Director/Senior Director, Business Development – Clinical Solutions, EMEA. You will lead strategic growth initiatives across mid-size pharmaceutical accounts, shape long-term partnerships, and drive complex solution sales for IQVIA's RDS capabilities to accelerate drug development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in Clinical Research Organizations, focusing on large-scale clinical programs.
• Proven success growing strategic accounts within mid-size pharma.
• Strong understanding of global clinical development, regulatory pathways, and therapeutic area dynamics.
• Executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and drive cross-functional collaboration; portfolio planning and forecasting experience.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to structure deals balancing client value with commercial viability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets by selling IQVIA services to pharmaceutical clients.
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales plans for target accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Coordinate with contracts and proposals to develop and close deals.
• Utilize CRM to track opportunities and report on sales activity.
