Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of the internal audit leader role and related functions.
• Strong experience with audit practices, QA, process improvement, and liaising with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, must-have insights content.
• Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and offer compelling approaches to client needs.
• Perform in-depth analysis to identify root causes and drive strategy forward.
• Demonstrate thought leadership across a team of analysts.
• Deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings.
• Support BTI and Sales as voice of the market to grow client engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and provide peer reviews.
