Job summary

Gartner Consulting is seeking an Associate Director to advise senior leaders on technology strategy, digital transformation, operating models, and execution assurance. You will lead complex engagements and build trusted client relationships, delivering measurable outcomes for clients across commercial and public sectors.

You may currently be an Engagement Manager, Principal, Associate Director, or Senior Manager within a consulting or advisory environment, with strong Consulting & Strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• Strong grounding in management consulting and technology strategy, with firm experience.
• Experience leading client engagements end-to-end and advising senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on technology strategy, digital transformation, operating models.
• Lead complex engagements and build trusted client relationships.
• Deliver technology strategies aligned to growth, efficiency and innovation.
• Provide governance, benefits tracking, and risk management in programmes.
• Coach and mentor consultants within the UK consulting team.
