Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Executive Partner for Chief Audit Executive (CAE) leadership. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CAEs across industries, synthesizing Gartner insights to deliver world-class advisory support and engaging with clients through bi-weekly sessions and executive meetings.

You will help shape audit department strategy, governance, and metrics while leveraging AI tools to enhance client outcomes and alignment with board and committee oversight.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience as a CAE or highest audit role.
• At least 15+ years of experience in areas critical to leading an audit function.
• Audit or Consulting Firm experience, including client relationship management.
• Technologically savvy; leverage AI and other tools to work quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to draft client-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive advisory services to CAE members across industries.
• Synthesize Gartner insights to deliver advisory support with client engagement.
• Host and participate in client sessions, may be on-site or virtual.
• Define and deliver innovative value plans aligned with Executive Program strategy.
• Facilitate collaboration through Gartner for Audit member community.
