Job summary

Genpact is building a Discoverability Centre of Excellence and seeks a senior AVP to own SEO, AEO, GEO, LLM, and social search across Genpact.com and adjacent surfaces.

You will define strategy, set technical standards, and oversee the discoverability stack, measuring business impact and sharing actionable insights with executive leadership. This hands-on role blends leadership with technical execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in search, web, or digital marketing, including leading a search discipline for a major corporate.
• H hands-on technical SEO expertise and command of AI retrievability requirements.
• Strong leadership with hands-on delivery and governance across marketing teams.
• Experience with enterprise search and AI visibility platforms (BrightEdge, Conductor, Semrush, Ahrefs).

Responsibilities

• Define integrated search strategy across Genpact surfaces as a single discipline.
• Own SEO, AEO, GEO, and LLM search strategies and cross-platform implementation.
• Translate external landscape into a Genpact roadmap to improve brand visibility.
• Lead the technical chapter of the Discoverability Playbook and drive adoption.
