Compare the Market is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Search & LLM Discovery to shape and own the AI-enabled discovery strategy across SEO and generative platforms. You will translate customer behavior into commercial growth, aligning AI visibility with business outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and define governance for AI-driven search experiences while driving measurable improvements in visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with proven SEO and growth experience and measurable commercial impact.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy, technical SEO implementation, experimentation and data analysis.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate autonomously in emerging and ambiguous environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and own Compare the Market's LLM Discovery and Optimisation strategy within SEO across AI-driven discovery platforms and app ecosystems.
• Act as the organisation's authority on generative AI discovery and translate trends into strategic direction.
• Lead measurement, reporting and experimentation frameworks linking AI visibility to business outcomes.
• Partner with SEO, Paid Media, PR, Content, Product and Brand teams to embed AI discovery insights into planning and growth initiatives.
• Define signals for inclusion in generative AI responses and establish scalable governance and capabilities.
