Incubeta Group in London is seeking a Director of AEO/GEO to shape and lead a unified proposition at the frontier of AI-driven search. The role focuses on strategy over hands-on execution, coordinating with client teams and internal experts to deliver bold, scalable solutions.

You will bridge traditional SEO with Generative AI, Digital PR, and content strategy; mentor teams, support senior clients, and drive commercial growth while crafting thought leadership and market differentiation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior strategic leadership of a search or digital discovery proposition.
• Fluency across SEO, Generative AI search, Digital PR, and content strategy.
• Experience advising C-suite and leading GTM and pricing strategies.
• Ability mentoring teams and articulating complex technology shifts.

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and champion unified AEO/GEO proposition and strategy.
• Collaborate with markets and experts to ensure feasibility and buy-in.
• Connect SEO, Generative AI, Digital PR, and Content Strategy for omni-channel visibility.
• Develop methodologies and measurement frameworks to scale services.
• Validate commercial propositions with scalable workflows within Seamless suite.
• Prototype new tools and technologies; recommend primary tech stack.
• Drive thought leadership and publish high-impact content.
