Genpact, a global leader in AI-powered operations, is seeking a high‑impact Lead - Brand to shape how we are found online. You will own the strategy, governance, and execution of search across Genpact.com and related surfaces, aligning with GTM priorities and executive expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a search discipline for a major corporate.
• Hands-on technical SEO expertise for AI retrievability.
• Ownership of AEO and GEO programs with measurable impact.
• Strong command of enterprise search and AI visibility platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML and CMS environments (AEM preferred).
• Analytical mindset and scorecard experience.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a developing discipline.

Responsabilités

• Own the integrated search strategy for SEO, AEO, GEO, and LLM across Genpact.com and related surfaces.
• Partner with Head of Web and channel leads on cross-platform implementation.
• Translate external developments into a Genpact roadmap to improve brand visibility.
• Define technical standards for schema, taxonomy, and retrieval; drive adoption.
• Lead discovery of AI search developments and best practices; build measurement systems.
• Lead a small team while remaining hands-on in critical technical work.
