Lenovo in Farnborough, United Kingdom seeks a senior leader to drive digital workplace and AI-enabled transformations. You will lead executive engagements, design scalable operating models, and guide cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, and Partners to deliver strategic programs.

You will craft business cases, map IT investments to business value, and mentor senior consultants while shaping governance and roadmaps for long-term impact. This role is based on-site in Hampshire.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in Digital Workplace, end user computing, or managed services with executive visibility.
• Proven ability to frame use cases, risks and controls for executives.
• Strong business case development, P&L impact modeling, and IT-to-business value mapping.
• Experience owning lifecycle of complex enterprise products (AI/ML or automation preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead C‑suite engagements to align AI priorities with strategy and operating models.
• Embed with customers for discovery, prototyping, and early deployments with measurable outcomes.
• Own customer journey from assessment to scale, partnering with Sales and Marketing.
• Design HITL operating models with governance, guardrails and quality controls.
• Translate discovery into MVPs, automation packs, and roadmaps validated by pilots.
• Architect scalable end-to-end solutions and orchestrate MVP execution.
• Establish program governance, track value realization, and drive reusable assets.
