Job summary

Sky Media, the advertising arm of Sky, is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to lead online and programmatic revenues across Sky’s digital estates. You will pitch new revenue, develop skills in YouTube, X, TikTok and Meta, and deliver high‑quality sales collateral while collaborating with internal teams to maximise opportunities.

You will manage a team of Sales Execs and Assistants, forecast revenue, and strive to outperform targets while expanding digital advertiser partnerships across web and app

Qualifications

• Excellent sales skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Significant proven experience in the digital media industry.
• Ability to articulate digital ad opportunities and manage non‑spot revenues.
• Strong relationships with clients and agencies and stakeholders.
• Understanding of online media sales processes and cycles.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Digital Sales Controller, deliver direct online and programmatic revenues.
• Pitch for new revenue from non-spenders and respond to advertiser briefs quickly and effectively.
• Develop market knowledge and sales skills across 3rd party platforms (YouTube, X, Tik Tok, Meta).
• Create high‑quality sales collateral and timely brief responses.
• Collaborate with Sky and Sky Media teams to cross‑sell products within the portfolio.
• Oversee sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and exceed revenue targets.
• Grow revenue from new and existing digital advertisers and drive multi‑platform usage.
