Job summary

Journey in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale website projects with challenging functionality. You will provide on-site leadership, build and motivate the studio team, and ensure project milestones and responsibilities are met.

You will translate client briefs into the studio, explain project technicalities to clients, identify risks, maintain stakeholder communication, and drive continuous improvement in delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, preferably digital projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act independently and provide sound solutions to client or studio challenges before presenting to the digital delivery director.
• Project Planning: Creating detailed project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establishing timelines and milestones.
• Translate technical briefs from clients into the studio and to be able to confidently explain project technicalities to the client with ease.
• Risk Monitoring: Identifying potential risks and issues within projects and being able to articulate these to the project team, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans when necessary.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, executives, and external partners.
