Job summary

Appnovation is seeking a strategic Project Manager to lead complex Web and CMS digital transformation initiatives in the UK. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from discovery and design to development, launch and post-launch optimization, coordinating across strategists, UX designers, architects, developers and QA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
• Experience delivering enterprise Web and CMS implementations (Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, headless CMS).
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture and multi-platform integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder written and verbal communication across business and technical audiences.
• Proactive in identifying risks and solving problems before escalation.
• Commercially minded with ability to manage project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Web and CMS projects (replatforming, multi-site, headless).
• Manage project scope, budgets (£1M+), schedules and profitability.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Oversee resource planning, forecasting and estimate-to-completion tracking.
• Identify risks related to integrations, migrations, and architecture.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses and SOW development.
• Build strong client relationships and growth opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance and delivery processes.

• We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Project Manager to lead complex Web and CMS digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from discovery and solution design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization
• You will manage cross-functional teams including strategists, UX designers, architects, developers, and QA specialists while serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients

You will report to the Delivery Director and play a key role in driving successful, scalable digital platform implementations
