Job summary

Critical Mass is seeking a dynamic Project Manager in London to lead digital projects from concept to completion. Based in Bankside, the role is a fixed-term contract with a view to permanent, requiring collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and proactive client communication to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will own project plans, scope, staffing, and budget, while driving successful delivery for globally admired brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing a variety of digital project types (site builds, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites).
• Experience with office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Smartsheet, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage Client Relations by acting as primary contact between client, team, and vendors.
• Communicate client short- and long-term goals, and inform client how to drive project success.
• Deliver solutions to drive consensus for problems in a timely manner.
• Align team to project goals by sharing client insights and objectives.
• Create solid project plans with budgets to support clients’ interests.
• Forecasting, tracking, and managing project budgets and revenue, POs, and invoices.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks.
