Job summary

Black Sun Global is seeking a project manager to oversee the development and delivery of digital solutions for our Stakeholder Engagement business. You will work with design, development and account teams to define scope, budget and schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.

You will develop deep client understanding and stay ahead of best practices in digital corporate communications, with opportunities to grow within our ambitious organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency experience within digital marketing and communications, digital build projects from inception to delivery with the ability to work unaided.
• Experience managing websites, ideally Corporate and B2B sites.
• Familiarity with best practices in website development, including accessibility, usability and design.
• Experience interacting with clients at a variety of levels and across functions.
• Experience working with an Account Manager or Client Service team member to manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Experience scoping digital projects of significant scale and complexity and identifying project risks.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans and updating the team and client.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of projects, driving schedules and deadlines.
• Participate in discovery and definition stages with senior teams to interpret briefs and define scope, budget and schedule.
• Produce and maintain project documentation (briefs, schedules, requirements, reports).
• Oversee design/content amendments and ensure error-free delivery.
• Review work before sending to Account Manager.
• Apply Black Sun PM and QA processes at every stage.
