Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead one product area within the My Bupa App, serving customers across multiple business units. The role is based in Salford Quays or London with a flexible hybrid pattern and a 37.5-hour week.

You will partner with design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to identify valuable problems and deliver outcomes that improve health experiences at scale.

• Significant experience in digital product management for customer-facing products.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-level influencing skills.
• Experience in cross-functional teams with design and engineering.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and plan delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities to identify customer problems, validate opportunities and define solutions.
• Work closely with Engineering Managers and Design Leads to create seamless customer experiences.
• Guide product investment decisions, balancing customer needs, commercial priorities and technical considerations.
• Align multiple stakeholders around a common vision and influence decisions across complex business areas.
• Help simplify challenging problems, bringing clarity and direction in ambiguous environments.
• Use data, customer insight and experimentation to make evidence-based product decisions.
• Lead product initiatives that improve how customers access and manage services across Bupa's different business areas.
• Support and coach Product Managers while contributing to the development of product best practice.
