Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of digital health. You’ll join a cross‑functional squad with product and engineering to design intuitive health experiences across web and mobile, with a focus on accessibility, WCAG 2.2 AA, and consistent design.

This hybrid role requires strong end‑to‑end design leadership, research, and collaboration. You’ll contribute to Anatomy design system, drive discovery, and work on journeys that balance user needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Substantial years’ experience in product design, with ownership of complex journeys.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, interaction design depth, and measurable impact.
• Depth in product design plus exposure to research, service, content, or systems.
• Ability to zoom out on vision and zoom in on details.
• Discovery mindset: test early, work through ambiguity.
• Interaction-first approach: design how it works, not just how it looks.
• Experience with Figma, design systems, and accessibility WCAG 2.2 AA.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing; bonus if you know AI tools like Figma Make or Lovable.
• Strong grasp of experimentation and agile ways of working.
