Job summary

Sullivan Brown Resourcing Partners - HR Recruitment Experts, on behalf of Northumberland County Council, seeks a Senior Digital Learning & Learning Systems Specialist to shape the Council's digital learning offer across a large, evolving organisation.

You will lead design, LMS management, adoption campaigns and capability development, collaborating with services staff and subject matter experts to deliver practical, learner‑centred solutions that support organisational transformation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital learning and learning systems.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across a complex organisation.
• Strong digital learning design experience.
• Experience using digital learning tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Digital Learning Design — creating engaging, accessible, learner‑centred digital learning experiences.
• Learning Systems — managing and improving the Council's LMS, pathways and catalogue.
• Learning Adoption — developing campaigns to boost engagement and practice.
• Capability Development — identify needs and develop practical solutions with services teams.
• Organisational Development — contribute learning expertise to transformation activity.
